I am an instructional developer, designer and trainer who carefully analyzes the needs of the learners and the organization to create experiences that motivate and captivate.  Using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise for e-learning or Canva, Slides and Adobe Express for learning aids or instructor-led trainings, I create momentum toward growing the potential of both the individual and organization.
